For 16 years Kidnasium has been a staple in the N.D.G community. It was previously a fitness centre that offered drop in services, thought extracurricular activities, hosted birthday parties and fitness day camps for children walking age up to 9 years. Kidnasium was known for its extraordinary gymnastics, music & movement, rock climbing, yoga and family oriented services. In 2012 Kidnasium restructured into Garderie Kidnasium.

The best interest of the children will always be Garderie Kidnasium's priority. Our community is enriched with many resources and we intend to utilize them to develop our children's horizons. Garderie Kidnasium offers the children in its care a well-rounded fitness and education program. As part of our extended family we encourage ALL our parents to play an important roll in our program. 

Along with our team of educators we have a fitness instructor for all physical activities in our fitness program. Kidnasium's fitness program is made up of three activities, gymnastics, music & movement and yoga. These activities have been proven by studies to enhance all phases of development, build strength, flexibility, balance, rhythm, motor skills and muscle tone. All programs were designed by highly qualified professionals targeting the development of muscular, social, perceptual and emotional fitness of children with participation and support. These programs have successfully done so for the past 16 years.

UNDER CONSTRUCTION 

	Kim has been a regular at Kidnasium since 1995, so if you need somebody that really knows the ropes, you know who to go to. In July 2001 Kim took over ownership and have never looked back. With a background in Early Childhood Education and years of competition in Rhythmic Gymnastics, at the national level, Kim is ideally positioned at Kidnasium to meet all your child's needs.
